Riding out these very interestingly peculiar days of self isolation and taking the time to enjoy some at home yoga. Taking this time to re-evaluate the important things of life, the simple things that really matter and being thankful for the many blessings that you can find in so many unexpected corners of life. Sending out happy thoughts to all in these changing times.

It’s amazing how quickly the calendar turns. As we flip the closed sign for the last time it’s heart warming to reflect upon all the wonderful people who have passed through this door frame. Thank you Markham and beyond for giving us a safe happy place to serve an amazing quality and amount of healthy, life enhancing food for the past 8 years. We truly feel blessed. Keep watching this space as if I decide to run some food prep classes I will be announcing it through this instagram account. Also I’ll be in the store selling all our food prep equipment, tables, chairs etc etc next week between noon and 3 pm each day. Cash sales only. Once again 1 million thank you’s to you all.

After an amazing run of 8 years, providing fresh, healthy and nutrient dense meals to the wonderful people of Markham and beyond, the time has come for the last remaining Rawlicious store to close its doors. So many incredibly special people have come though our doors both as customers and staff and we want to thank everyone for making this part of our life so rewarding and fulfilling. It’s been an absolute pleasure serving all our friends and customers and we thank you all for allowing us to do that. We will be here until the later part of February so come and get it while the getting’s still good.
