2⃣ Semi-Detached Homes: Total sales of 446 units, up 12.6% year-over-year. The average selling price was $1,090,749, down 0.4% year-over-year.

3⃣ Townhouses: Total sales of 840 units, up 14.3% year-over-year. The average selling price was $904,200, down 4.0% year-over-year.

4⃣ Condominiums: Total sales of 1,312 units, up 0.8% year-over-year. The average selling price was $682,543, down 3.6% year-over-year.

Flipper's Soft Opening🎉✨

Got invited by a buddy of mine to Flipper's. Japanese style pancake fusion. Food was definitely up to par. 🍗Chicken waffles was very moist, not too dry. 🫑Kale salad was not as bitter as I thought since I know a lot of people can't stand the taste of kale. 🥚Egg benedit uses the Japanese pancake instead of the traditional English muffin. Ended the brunch with 🍓 Strawberry Pancake. Had a great service by the manager Olivia and their server Ray!
