KSquare Condos is a new mixed-use development by Kingdom Property Investment Ltd now in pre-construction at 2035 Kennedy Road, Scarborough in Toronto. KSquare Condos will be a 35-storey tower housing a total of 644 units. This is the first of the three-phase complex. The project will feature residential units, retail space and amenity spaces. Phase Two will comprise a new 45-storey residential tower which will be located to the east of Phase One. Phase Three is proposed to be an 8-storey office building that will stand at the northeast corner of the development site. This building is expected to add more than 10,000 sq. metres of brand new office space to the budding neighbourhood. @ K Square condo
