【海外买家税的退还】
15%的海外买家税(NRST) 于2017年4月实施，近来客人陆续申请退税。如何能成功地申请到，需符合一些条件。
三种情况的人可以在缴纳NRST之后获得rebate：
（1）在购买房子后4年中，拿到了加拿大公民或者永久居民身份
（2）国际学生在购买房子之后继续在安省读满两年大学的
（3）拿到工签在安省合法工作超过1年的
政府在公告里面明确说明，在购买房子后60天必须入住，到申请rebate这段期间，这个物业必须自住，不能转卖，也不能出租！符合申请条件后，连本带利一起退回来。
