There is nothing to ‘fix’ in ourselves and digging for ‘what is wrong with me’ is a flawed system

My coach shared this quote with me today and it resonated so much with everything that I have been learning and going through:

"Life will break you. Nobody can protect you from that, and living alone won't either, for solitude will also break you with its yearning. You have to love. You have to feel. It is the reason you are here on earth. You are here to risk your heart. You are here to be swallowed up. Tell yourself you tasted as many as you could." - Louise Erdrich, The Painted Drum.

It is not easy to sit in the storm of whatever it is that is occurring in your life at the moment or in the past and it is the only thing that we can actually do and when we are ready get up again and love with all the heart and try again and again because THAT IS an experience of living.

And in sharing this I am creating a community of people who this resonates with and who'd like to know more about how to have fun and ease through each and every experiment for the learning that it offers. It is in conversation of such we get to offer love and compassion first to ourselves and others along every step of the way in this sometimes confusing journey of life.
