Description: To aid in the upkeep and ongoing digital marketing efforts to promote the company brand online via social media, email, & direct marketing.

Position will be classified as an intern or coop position for the initial 1 - 2 months to qualify potential candidates. Upon qualification the candidate will be promoted to a Junior Marketer position with a basic compensation of $16 / hour. They will then be responsible for the creation and management of their own marketing campaigns and provided a budget to do so.

In 3 – 6 months they will be provided the opportunity for a Senior Marketing position promotion ($18/ hour + bonus from successful campaigns and have the opportunity to manage a small team of Interns as well as expanded campaigns.

***Promotions to both Junior & Senior Marketing positions can be expedited if successful marketing campaigns results in contacts that convert into sales.

The next step will be an opportunity for a Marketing manager position where they will oversee different junior/senior marketers and their campaigns.

Bonuses: Both Senior Marketers & Marketing Managers will receive bonuses based off of successful marketing campaigns of which converts to business.

Average Residential Project $40,000 - $60,000 / Average Small Commerical Project $80,000 - $120,000 = Average Commissions $4000 – $12,000

Commissions are split 3 ways. The company, outside sales consultant, and marketing team(s).

This will vary from project to project. With that said, a marketing manager is expected to earn $60,000 - $80,000 first year and $100,000 - $120,000 in years 2 –3.
