Birthday cake for Cassidy Sherri and Brittany Hamilton for tonight. Cassidy’s was last Wednesday and Brittany’s is todaCarla Dennise should include Tara Chow too! Hers was last Saturday the day before Florence’s.
Another lemon curd filled vanilla sponge. Carla Dennis I tried to take better pictures. I don’t really know what I’m doing, lol.
I candied some lemon slices and dried them in the oven then on the counter for a week. I blitzed them to a powder. Such great smell and flavour. Now I want a dehydrator so I can dehydrate fruit and make my own powders. Concentrates the flavour beautifully. So much better than any artificial flavouring which I refuse to use.
