At Northwest Jiu Jitsu Academy we offer Jiu Jitsu programs to coed adults, women only and youth. We have offered Jiu Jitsu for the past five years. We teach in a fun and safe environment and although we have many students who compete we do not pressure any of our students to compete. Something for everyone. Males, females, children, teens and adults. You can compete at the highest levels or just train for the recreational fun of it. Wear a Gi or train Nogi. Focus on athletic techniques or focus on self defence. Loose weight, work out old injuries and reduce stress. Jiu jitsu is growing faster then any sport in todays world. Come out and give it a try.
