What this post is NOT going to be about - is fear mongering. While that has never been my style and I have done a lot of push back to those that do use fear tactics, I think knowledgeable is powerful when that knowledge is helpful.
It is helpful to know Measles cases are trending up. This just helps you plan - plan for a possible infection, plan to have things in your home to support through the infection, maybe you plan to plan around the infection.
I am going to share some insight on here.

✨ you can check your Measles titres with your Medical Doctor to know if you have immunity. The same test pregnant mothers do.
✨ complications from Measles is a secondary infection leading to pneumonia. Are there tools we can use to mitigate this possibility? Yes - from either antibiotics, antibacterial herbs, to NAC and Vitamin C to name a few
✨ Vitamin A is very important. I did a full lecture on this vitamin at . It was incredible to find all the research with dosing behind it. What was fascinating is its antiviral mechanism (interferon)
