Meet Stephanie, Shes the Encore OG Alumni!! Stephanie joined the Encore Team as the first assistant in 2018 when I was a one woman business, and quickly grew into a Senior Planner & Event Production Specialist! Stephanie has a keen eye for detail, and magnificent management skills! I am so blessed to have her on board for the 9th season!!! Some things you may not have known about Stephanie.
Her favourite music genre is Country🤠
Favourite thing to do is any kind of craft like sewing/knitting or baking/cooking. Stephanie loves to be creative and make things.👩🏼‍🍳
Favorite personal accomplishment - this is a hard one! But she feels her education achievements take the top, so do we!! Stephanie has a double bachelor degree, an associate certificate, and a diploma and masters degree!!! 🎓
Stephanie’s occupation outside of Encore is a Senior Programs and Planning Lead for BCFSA. 👩‍💼
And, her favourite part of a wedding - The WHOLE THING!! Bringing the couple’s vision to life and watching their faces light up when they see each other for the first time are definitely the highlights!! 💍👰🤵

Willow doesn’t have to be apart of the Encore Team, like most of the team, she does it because it’s fun, gratifying and allows her to use her naturally creative outlet.

Meet Eron. Our Founder, Lead Planner, and the Heart of Encore Events! Apart from Planning your Events, Eron also runs a successful Heritage Bed & Breakfast, and recently joined to officiate weddings. Here’s a little ditty about her! LOVES REGGAE music, TRAVEL is a must in her life, experiencing culture and humanity around the world when she is not busy working on your events. Hey, did you know in 2022 Eron fought her first boxing match at 45 years young in San Miguel De Allende, Mexico. She lost, but came back to BC and fought in Sooke BC 6 weeks later winning her second match at the . There is never a dull moment in the day of an event planner. Her favourite work is weddings, because “watching a nervous bride carry herself with confidence down the aisle like it’s her own personal runway is so gratifying”.
