Quick & Simple Butter Chicken 🥘

Weekday meals can be daunting and sometimes we’re not always on our game and have dinner planned and ready to go.
Utilizing last nights rice leftovers and a quick scan of the pantry and freezer I was inspired !! Chicken, steamed veggies, roasted potatoes and rice with your fave Butter Chicken sauce was on the menu tonight !!
I also doubled up the chicken and put half aside for quick lunch options for tomorrow!! 😉🍗
