The Family Connections Program is a service offered to families to who have a child or children, up to the age of 19, affected or suspected of being affected with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS). The program also offers an educational program for parents/caregivers of children 5 – 12 years of age, who have a confirmed diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The Direct Funding Respite Program is a service, administered by RMCDC, that provides funds for up to 28 families to purchase their own respite care. Families must be referred by the Ministry for Children and Family Development.
