Haunted Library is setup and ready for Monday, thanks to the Tech Club. Sorry, no peeking. We blacked out the windows. 😉😈

Golden Ears Elementary Jukebox Time Machine Team A 06/13/2022

Our intermediate students and Fine Arts staff have been working so hard to present Jukebox Time Machine. You've never seen anything like our amazing jukebox time machine! Just insert a quarter to travel to a past decade where Roxie, the time machine tour guide, will share a few nostalgic fun facts before dropping the needle on some of the greatest pop hits of all time from the 1930s-2000s.

It has been especially challenging this year, dealing with Covid-related issues. Ms. Chudy, Ms. Hansen, Ms. Oxenbury, and Ms. Thomas are so proud of everything our students have accomplished and invite you to share these videos with your families. This year is unique in that the students were the ones to create the choreography under the guidance of Ms. Chudy, Ms. Oxenbury and Ms. Thomas.

No student names are associated with these videos and they are only found on our district platform, the SD42 Helix Video Server. All students in these videos have media release consent.

These t-shirts are part of the costumes for Ms. Calderwood and Ms. Hiebert's classes for our intermediate musical, Jukebox Time Machine. However, we love the design so much, we wanted to give the rest of the school a chance to purchase these super cool shirts as well. Some of the money from these shirts will help to fund future musicals at Golden Ears. Due to global shipping issues, some sizes in certain colours are not available. Please complete this form each time for separate children to help with organizing the handout of shirts later. https://forms.gle/vgSUA8Gbxfzq3u36A Each shirt costs $15. You may pay for the t-shirts online through the parent portal or give cash to the classroom teacher, who will put it in an envelope to give to Ms. Chudy by the deadline. Orders are due Friday, April 29, 2022.
