November 2021 sales numbers are in for Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. New listings increased over October but couldn’t outpace the demand, which shows another increase in the median average sales price in all home types. Low inventory and low interest rates are keeping the demand very high and supporting many sales above asking price or at the least just below asking price. Median average days on the market doesn’t reflect the true nature of the market as many contracts are being accepted with subjects including financing which can delay the subject removal due to the time the banks need to process any approvals.
