Bistek Burger Inspired by the chef's Filipino roots, The Bistek is made of thinly sliced sirloin braised in a mixture of citrus (Calamansi), soy sauce, onions, and garlic. Created by: Chef Alen Villaluz for the that is on through to November 27.

Blue Hawaiian Sundae created by Chef Sadapphin Phothong and it was delicious, it won 1st place recently in the Vancouver Sundae Challenge. A beautiful and fun presentation of this sundae combining the Tropical flavours into the fresh coconut with a freshness of coconut butterfly pea jello, pineapple, mangoes in syrup, coconut rum ice cream; and it's topped with banana bruleé and taro Mont Blanc.

Our Vancouver Foodster Cheesecake Challenge is on through to July 3; get a friend or two to go and visit these cafes in Vancouver, to order the special cheesecake creation and then VOTE for your People's Choice favorites.
