The neuroactive potential of the human gut microbiota in quality of life and depression 11/24/2020

I’m so excited to see more and more studies on the microbiome. Our body contains TRILLIONS of bacteria, outnumbering the number of our own human cells! Is there any question that these bacteria have a huge impact on our health, not only physically, but mentally as well? While we’re just scratching the surface of all this new information, it really speaks to how important our gut and nutrition is.
