Rip beautiful boy ♥️

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Chevy.
On the morning of April 22, Chevy Polo crossed over the rainbow bridge.

Nobody can say for sure how old Chevy was, he wandered over to The Ranch 20 ish years ago and after carefully considering his options, he decided to make it his home.

He greeted the guests at their tables, often stealing their chair, waiting for them to share their meals and bring him treats. All these things added to his celebrity status and the tables he joined for an evening meal, felt honoured he chose theirs.

He was a wanderer, hunter – and seasoned lounger. He could be found laying in the middle of a busy section on burger night, out basking in the sun in the parking lot, or enjoying a nap in a puddle.

He was particularly fond of his Temptations treats, his nightly can of tuna, occasionally squirrels or mice; and of course his best friend Jack.

He was the heart of The Ranch, and the grounds of MREC;
We are all grateful for the time we had with him, and we truly believe our lives were infinitely better because he decided to walk through our doors and stay.
We will carry you in our hearts and memories always Chevy ❤️
