London Vision Development Centre
Vision Therapy aims to "train the brain" to help achieve clear comfortable binocular vision.
With a data base of over 200 goalies of all ages and levels, during an evaluation we can detect any binocular vision inefficiencies along with compare reaction speeds, tracking, processing, awareness and many other visual skills to come up with a training game plan!
One way to take your tracking to the next level is training peripheral awareness and transitioning to tracking down and on top, making sure we staying visually dialed and having high compete. This can all be trained and engrained so by the time the season comes it’s automatic!
As athletes get ready to really take the next level this summer it’s important to think about how to take care of your eyes and make you feel confident and ready to go during the season. Too much screen time can cause visual fatigue and dry eyes, so looking for ways to really train your visual system while avoiding screen fatigue is critical.
