My Claim of Recognition. I am Ryan James Johnson, and I'm an individual, an adult human being. I am NOT an artificial person, a prescribed person, a statutory creature, a citizen of the Crown and/or an officer of the Corporation of Canada and I was NOT created by law. I was fertilized by my father's seed and grown in my mother's womb. I take breath to breath and eat food to grow, for energy and life. I have a heartbeat, blood, skin, and bones. I have muscle movement and balance. I can see, feel, smell, and hear. I have a soul, consciousness, reason, critical thinking, and thought, and I’m aware of my surroundings. I was born and dwell on the geographical landmass called North America, controlled by the Crown through the Corporation of Canada and its Acts of Parliament. The Corporation of Canada and the Crown have recognized, ratified, and built a founding constitution that guarantees, protects, upholds, and “GIVES EFFECT” to my inalienable and intrinsic human rights and fundamental freedoms so I can “ENJOY”;
~ My life, ~ My liberty, ~ My associations, ~ My free choice, ~ My free consent, ~ My natural wealth and resources, ~ My property, ~ My travel, plus many, many other human rights and fundamental freedoms that have existed long before the creation of Canada and the Crown. I respectfully and honourably, in good conscience, do not and will never freely consent to recognition as an artificial person, a prescribed person, and/or a statutory creature as this would remove my right to my life, my liberty and my free choice (plus many, many others). I am not a “Resident in Canada” and/or an “Officer of Canada”. I do not hold an office or work for the Corporation of Canada in any way or in any form. I do not have or hold a Certificate of Citizenship. I'm not in servitude to the Crown or the Commonwealth of Nations. I only freely and wilfully accept recognition as an individual adult human being, with full legal capacity, separate from the Corporation of Canada and the Crown. A human rights defender by deed, not title. The only forms of identification I use are my Registration of Live Birth and my Ontario Health Card, which are both officially recognized forms of identification in the Corporation of Canada at the federal level and identifies myself as a human being. My intrinsic, inalienable, foundational, guaranteed human rights and fundamental freedoms to my life, my liberty, my association, my free choice and consent, (plus others) can be found in the Constitution Act 1982 (the supreme laws of Canada), The International Bill of Human Rights and the Declaration on the Right and Responsibility of Individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to Promote and Protect Universally Recognized Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. My Claim of Lawful Excuse and Habeas corpus
I, Ryan James Johnson, an individual human being with full legal capacity, claim "lawful excuse" for any and all Acts of Parliament that governs an artificial/prescribed person, statutory creature, Canadian citizen, Officer of Canada, and/or Resident in Canada;
1) I am none of those things,
2) Primacy of Constitution of Canada S.52 (1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent with (S. 1, 2, 7, 12,15, 26, 31, 52) the provisions of the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect.
3) Any Act of Parliament that forces me into an association or removes my liberty, my free choice and/or my free consent is a violation of the supreme laws of Canada and is of “No Force or Effect”.
4) It's an an indictable offence under this or any other Act of Parliament in Canada to;
(a) enhance the ability of, participate in, or contributes to any activity to support a Criminal Organization;
(b) uses a name, word, symbol or other representation that identifies, or is associated with, the criminal organization;
(c) frequently associate with any of the persons who constitute the criminal organization;
(d) receive any benefit from the criminal organization;
(e) repeatedly engages in activities at the instruction of any of the persons who constitute the criminal organization;
(f) recruit, solicit, encourage, coerce or invites a person to join a criminal organization;
(g) for the benefit of, at the direction of, or in association with a criminal organization;
5) In a prosecution for an offence under subsection (1), it is not necessary for the prosecutor to prove that;
(a) the accused knew the identity of any of the persons who constitute the criminal organization. (b) the criminal organization actually facilitated or committed an indictable offence;
(c) the participation or contribution of the accused actually enhanced the ability of the criminal organization to facilitate or commit an indictable offence or
(d) the accused knew the specific nature of any indictable offence that may have been facilitated or committed by the criminal organization. Criminal Code of Canada Section 467.1 through 467.14. (pg.519 to 522)
I can demonstrate through the operation of law and the principles of fundamental justice that all my claims can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society. I claim “Habeas Corpus” (Section 10c, Constitution Act 1982) if I’m arrested or detained for any reason at any time. I do not consent to any search of myself or my property.
