ARF Ontario is so excited to be attending the Roots and Revival Festival on Saturday, July 11th! This is a wonderful festival to spend the day enjoying a variety of activities and vendors and so worth the drive!
The festival is being held at the beautiful Port Glasgow Yacht Club at 8536 Haven’s Lake Road, West Elgin. Be sure to stop by the ARF booth to meet adoptable pups Roy, Inky, Tattoo and Oliver! There will also be some amazing raffle items available too!

As promised, grandma got inked!!!
These tattoos will hold a special place in our volunteer’s heart! Her 6 year old grandson designed the heart dog and her 3 year old drew the other. He clearly stated that “it’s not a whale, it's a tattoo!" so it was perfect to add these words in true kid fashion!
Thank you to everyone who donated to the Dare Tattoo Fundraiser to help not only ARF's Inky and Tattoo but CanFix as well! Over $2000 was raised!
And much appreciation to Tattoos for donating time to the cause and ensuring grandma got inked!
Huge smiles all around!!!

ARF’s Oliver and Kai are starting off today’s Meet and Greet at Stella Strong Family Fun Day with all proceeds to Childcan!!! Come out and support a great cause and meet a full line up of adoptable ARF dogs!

And Farley is excited to celebrate the last hour of an amazing event from 2 - 3pm!

Heartbreaker Alert! Meet Roy, a fine and fabulous pup who is all set to secure his place in your good books. This wee black & tan looker is so excited to show you how the rescued life has helped him excel in the art of awesome.

Roy is a typical active youngster, preferring to zoom around outside whilst he plays with crunchy sticks, tug toys, and any kind of plush squeaky item that appears in his track. When he plays hard he also naps hard, and does so in his comfy crate without hesitation. He makes no fuss when asked to be crated at nighttime or when his people slip out for short periods. Roy’s training is progressing well for potty time outside, and he is most successful when let out often. Leash walking skills and recall are also being worked on, and his future adopter will have fun continuing this positive-based training for maximum results. As a young fella, Roy just needs time to grow and to establish his routines. No problemo!

Roy is a social dude and loves to be around people, kiddos, and other friendly dogs. He’s not had any kitty critter experience yet, but given his joyful personality that might work out too. Roy is ready and excited to meet his forever family. He has been vaccinated, microchipped, and has received flea & tick preventative meds. His adoption fee is $600 with an opportunity for a $200 reimbursement when he is neutered (conditions apply).
