We are excited to welcome Guillaume Courtois, C.E.T. as co-elevate’s new Civil Lead.
Guillaume brings nearly 20 years of civil engineering and land development experience across site development, stormwater management, servicing, approvals, inspections, contract administration, and project leadership.
For our clients and project partners, that means stronger civil thinking earlier in the process.
The questions that shape a site rarely wait until drawings are finished.
How will the site drain?
How will water and sanitary be serviced?
What will approvals require?
What will construction actually need?
Guillaume has spent his career working through those questions with clients, contractors, municipalities, and project teams across Ontario and Quebec in both English and French.
We are thrilled to have him leading the evolved civil at co-elevate.
Welcome, Guillaume.

This is what early should look like.
Before final drawings exist, our civil team is already reading the site.
Where can it be serviced? How much water will be needed for domestic and fire protection? How will sanitary servicing be handled? How does stormwater want to move? What constraints are hiding in the lot? What is the geotech report really telling us? What needs to be solved before the project gets expensive?
Some sites are ready for what you are planning. Others need meaningful work before a shovel goes in. Knowing which one you are standing on early changes everything.
We do our best work alongside the planners and architects already in the room. The earlier everyone is at the table, the better the project.
If you have land and an idea, that is enough to start the conversation.
