Patients who have followed for a few years usually understand the process and come with clear expectations.
This patient initially wanted an FP1. After assessment — aggressive periodontitis and failing implants — FP1 was not predictable, so FP3 was planned instead. The patient understood.
Treatment completed with a good outcome.
The digital workflow was accurate from the first temporary design, so no changes to tooth position will be needed for the final prosthesis.
