Here we go again.... If you go on vacation or anytime really, you should have the side latch on your garage lock engaged. It's terrible because you can't get in your garage unless you have the man door to unlock it. But this is not an old tactic it's been around for years... Be careful and be cautious out there folks. Thieves are amongst us and they don't care, basically due to the lack of enforcement for their actions.

Your report was excellent and gave us a lot to talk about and consider. Isaac and I have decided to move forward with the purchase and Melanie has it arranged with the seller that [most] of the issues identified are going to be taken care of before we move in. Including the removal and clean up of all the damage in the basement (insulation, framing, wood, tar paper and mold) which is very good news for us.

Thanks again for taking a look over everything and giving us your professional opinion on the issues and what to be looking for in the future. It is our opinion that a home inspection should never be skipped!...thank you for putting our minds at ease.
