We are proud to present our Summer Training Football Program.
For all of July and August we will be offering sessions Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM. Guaranteed small group sessions of 4-6 with a cost of $675 for the entire nine week program or $30 per session.
Trevor Williamson is the head speed, strength, and conditioning coach at Total Package Training Centre and for the esteemed London Knights of the OHL. With an impressive track record of success, Trevor and his team have trained a roster of champions, including: Stanley Cup winners, Team Canada hockey gold medalists, OHL champions, Calder Cup champions, and Vanier Cup Champions. Additionally, training players in the NHL, AHL, ECHL, NCAA, CFL, CIS, and European professional football leagues. Trevor expertly develops and prepares his athletes and repeatedly produces top testing athletes at the NHL, OHL, and CFL combines.
Joining Trevor will be Josh Kirkpatrick, former professional Olympic Bobsleigh athlete and current director of ASAD Academy London. With a stellar career with the Olympic bobsleigh team, Josh brings his passion and expertise for high-performance training to our program. Having attended Cornell University on a track and field scholarship, Josh has honed his skills and achieved remarkable success at the highest level. With his dedication, determination, and relentless pursuit of excellence, he has become a true inspiration for aspiring athletes.
Rounding out the coaching roster will be Erik Anderson, offensive lineman for the Western University Mustangs football team and current CFL Prospect. As a 2-time OUA All-Star and recipient of the prestigious Lineman of the Year award, Erik has showcased his exceptional skills and dominance on the field during his time at Western. With his strength, agility, and unwavering commitment to the game, Erik exemplifies the qualities of a true champion.
