Let’s talk ✨posture✨
Most people with upper crossed syndrome (UCS) have a seated job, or have a repetitive job. Sitting 8+ hours at a desk that may not be properly set up for you may cause you to fall into a position where you’re rounding through the shoulders and upper back. Fast forward a few hours, and the constant stress on your upper back and neck will add up.
