Kids are SMART! If we educate them early on about the importance of brushing their teeth, we can create life-long habits. But, kids get bored easily. Here are a few simple tips to get your kids to brush their teeth & make it fun!

1.) Give them simple parameters. 2 minutes. 2X/day. 30 seconds in each quadrant.

2.) Encourage them to use a mirror so they can see where they're brushing.

3.) Brush your teeth alongside them.

4.) Use an egg-timer or play their favourite 2-minute song while they brush.

5.) Let them pick out their toothbrush & toothpaste from the store.

And lastly encouragement and KUDOS! Give your kids a high-five and positive affirmations for making an effort, even if it's not perfect. Every little bit of dental hygiene helps maintain the health of our teeth and gums. :)
