Luco Farms Mustard

We’re so grateful to be included on , where they’re sharing the stories behind Canada’s finest local food producers.

Since 1937, our family-owned farm has been cultivating award-winning pedigree cereal and oilseed crops. Transitioning to mustard production was a natural step, allowing us to offer high-quality, fresh mustard products free from artificial colorings, preservatives, and other non-value-added ingredients.

Our mission is to provide fresh, pure "farm to fork" products that both professional and home chefs can use to create new and exciting flavor profiles in their cooking.

Thank you to Canada Culinary for recognizing our commitment to quality and local agriculture.

A Roast Beef Sandwich... But Make It Tangy
Slow-roasted beef + sharp sauerkraut = next-level comfort food 🔥

Layer it up:
- Fresh toasted bread
- Sliced roast beef (leftovers totally count)
- A handful of sauerkraut (trust us—it makes it)
- Swiss or provolone cheese
- Pickles
- A swipe of horseradish mayo, garlic butter, or Mustard

The tang of kraut cuts through the richness like a dream—and adds a probiotic punch too
