My name is Eric Burgess and I operate Restless Minds Counselling, located in Lethbridge, AB. I have resided in Lethbridge for 20 years and have come to appreciate the welcoming spirit and growing diversity of our community. I hold an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and am a Registered Provisional Psychologist (3225p). I have 10+ years of experience in providing counselling supports to children, youth and adults with a variety of presenting issues including Depression, Anxiety, at-risk behaviours, ADHD, Autism, school issues, trauma, LBGTQ2S++, multicultural issues and learning disabilities. The decision to seek out counselling support requires courage, inner strength, vulnerability and a desire for change. I believe that one's personal truth and lived experience should be honoured with inquisitiveness, compassion and empathy, in a non-judgmental setting that inspires trust.
