The Memory Lab McGill University

The Memory Lab at McGill University is back! We are continuing to recruit healthy males and females ages 18 to 35 for a study on the effects of exercise and sleep on memory.
**We have received ethical approval to restart our study and we follow all government, provincial, and hospital guidelines regarding COVID-19**
Participants will receive up to 125$ plus transportation reimbursement for participating in the study.

This study involves three total visits:
(2) Overnight stays during which participants will complete questionnaires as well as undergo a series of tests to evaluate exercise capacity, muscle movements, sleep waves, and task learning.
(1) 30-minute follow-up visit will assess retention of the task.
