ADVANCED TAEKWON-DO is built on the foundation laid down by the late General Choi Hong Hi, who transformed traditional ways of blocking, punching and kicking into the highly popular modern martial art form known as TaeKwon-Do. The movements, techniques and rules set down by the late Gen Choi, are also suitable for sport, competition and younger people.

Besides organizing a seminar for the children, we also had a wonderful two-day instructor course + internal training for our senior black belts from Penang and Singapore! We are very happy to learn how we could use our minds to control our movements and techniques in TKD.
