Compressed construction

We have just completed a large repair for a customer’s home about 10 years ago. This customer had a brand new shower installed the shower leaked from day one due to improper waterproofing. This leak continued leaking on a large beam about 20 feet up and had rotted out about seven or 8 feet of this beam and post. This customer tried to go through insurance but was denied due to the improper shower install this job took about a month and a half to complete with about four or five trades involved.
We completely fixed the beams and post and siding, subfloors waterproofing and tile we were able to bring an engineer in and pull permits. This customer was extremely happy that their house  did not fall down while they were in the bathtub.

Just a bit of a kitchen makeover, new tile floor countertops, island backsplash sink. I don’t have pictures of the cabinetry being repainted, but they turned out amazing.
