28 years of life has found me settled in my soul. Im met by all my life has taught me while laying in the grass, staring up at tree tops, looking for fallen feathers, dipping my hands in river banks, basking in the sun. I laugh until my stomach hurts, surronded by nourishing friendships, loved deeply and cared for gently. I am carving new paths, living boldly, being the most authentic version of myself I can be, outgrowing spaces that are to small amd restrictive for me, holding my entirety in one hand while discovering more about this life in the other. 28 years of life has found me living in fleeting moments, filled to the brim with experience.

Just popping on to remind you all how much there is to live for. How much joy surrounds the grief. How much love there is amongst the chaos. How precious every moment is. Keep fighting the good fight and try to laugh as much as you can along the way. 💖
