10-lane pool, gymnasium, library, community park, and a new joint-use school on a 32.5-acre campus. Opening late 2026. Southpoint families will have this as part of their address.

What happens when you give a golfer a driver, a marshmallow, and the chance to win a one-year subscription to CoNotes?
The answer: pure entertainment.
At last week's WRHBA Golf Tournament, golfers stopped by the Polocorp hole to take on the Marshmallow Shot challenge.
Some crushed it.
Some barely got off the tee.
And some decided the marshmallow was better suited as a snack than a golf ball.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make it one of the most fun stops on the course. We had a great day connecting with industry friends and sharing a few laughs along the way.
