Apart from being a standout personal trainer Dan is also our group training coordinator - a program we're extremely proud of! Lil's Gym owner, Craig Bongelli, is one of the top strength coaches in the world. He currently splits his time between Lil's and traveling internationally to work with some of the world's best athletes.
