Flow State Yoga
Flow State Yoga is the brain child of Rebecca Lofsnes. Rebecca believes that you already have the best teacher within you for your personal yoga practice. Her goal is to guide you on your yoga journey in a safe and supportive environment. The focus at Flow State is on healthy movement with the breath combined with mindfulness. Flow State yoga is suitable for all levels of yoga as many modifications are available. The style of yoga offered through classes with Rebecca are Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.

Guess what? Big Bliss is open again as of this weekend! I’m teaching lots of classes so check out the schedule and see if you can make it to a class! Spaces fill up quickly, but I know there’s a few spots left for Sunday morning at 9:45 am for a yoga flow that’s not heated!!!!! I know the heat can be a little scary if you haven’t tried hot yoga before. So come on out and flow with me this Sunday morning and every Sunday!

Thank you .beharry for organizing such an important event. The KW Solidarity March for Black Lives Matter was so moving and peaceful. I’m proud of our community and I hope they keep the promise to speak up and call out racism when they see it at home, in the workplace, in the community. We have to use our voices. Thank you to my love .clam for helping me make signs to distribute to people, thank you Cam for being by my side today. Thank you for walking with me. When I told him this is such an important time and he can tell his children he marched for black lives matter, he answered back, my children will not be racist. ❤️❤️❤️
