Due to its high affinity and stability, the streptavidin-biotin interaction is frequently leveraged to purify and detect biomolecules. However, its application with such as BLI and has been limited by the irreversibility of the interaction.

IBA Lifesciences' Twin-Strep-tag® Capture Kit uses a modified streptavidin molecule to retain high affinity and stability while allowing reversibility with SPR regeneration conditions. In our latest app note, we demonstrate how our Alto™ digital SPR platform successfully uses this capture kit to characterize HuCAL Fab-MH kinetics by:
