At the age of 40 I decided that I wanted to go back to school, within the healing/health field. I decided that Foot Reflexology would be a good start to get back into the school learning curve. So many of us are constantly on the go, and not always wearing the best or most comfortable shoes. With the daily wear on our feet, it is good for them to get a little relaxation time when physical stress is eased away. Foot Reflexology is also beneficial to circulation, metabolism, pre & post surgery stress'; as well as complementing other healing therapies.
