🧠Technology is creating new possibilities for people with disabilities.

Brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) can translate brain signals into actions, helping people with conditions such as brain injuries, ALS, cerebral palsy, and other neurological disabilities communicate, control devices, and gain greater independence.

From restoring speech to operating wheelchairs and everyday household items, these innovations are transforming lives and expanding opportunities for participation and self-advocacy.

Exciting research and development, including work here in Canada is making these technologies more accessible every day thankfully.
