Launching in September 2026 and a 1-year pilot initiative, ELSA will provide affordable, role-specific professional development in AI Foundations, cybersecurity, workplace compliance, operational efficiency, and more.

With 800+ learning resources, AI-enabled simulations, real-world operational scenarios, and role-specific learning pathways, ELSA is designed to help teams build practical, future-ready skills.
