We cook from scratch using classical techniques with an emphasis on local, artisanal, and sustainably-sourced ingredients. We keep our menu small to maintain freshness. It features favourite comfort foods, lesser-known international dishes, and many items are dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan.
