What's your biggest goal this year?

Staying focused on business and working as a heart-led human is tough.

My heart and energy go out to everyone displaced, suffering, and unsure of what their future holds.

I don't have many words, and I'm also of the mindset that sometimes it's not my voice or thoughts that need to be heard or amplified.

Instead, here's what I do when all I want to do is shut down:

-Focus on one task at a time.
-Stick to a routine.
-Give myself permission to take breaks.
-Release my emotions as they arise, so I'm not holding onto them.
-Follow through on spending time with loved ones for a boost of joy.
-Do what I can and try and release the guilt from not doing it all.
