Annual BASH Golf Tournament in Toronto.

The sun was shining, the drinks were flowing, and for a few hours it felt like a vacation! (The most wonderful time of year)

Great people, lots of laughs, & a reminder that all those golf lessons last year paid off. Despite it being my first time on a golf course, our team used both my drive and my putt on the first hole!

When people found out it was my first time on a golf course, there were a few surprised faces including my own. Maybe I’ve finally found a sport that matches my skill set: sunshine, socializing, & cocktails

Last weeks closing is a reminder that some of the best partnerships in real estate happen behind the scenes.

A huge thank you to the out-of-town agent who trusted me with her niece and her partner as they searched for their first home here in Waterloo Region. Referrals are one of the greatest compliments we can receive, and I am always grateful for that trust.

I’d also like to recognize the listing agent, who is always a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Transactions are at their best when professionals work together with respect, communication, and a shared commitment to their clients.

While buyers and sellers are always the stars of the story, I think it’s important to acknowledge the incredible network of agents who support one another across brokerages, cities, and markets every day.
