I was sitting in lecture one day and, in my usual state of totally-zoned-out, randomly wondered if people would be interested in buying homemade hummus (I had just made some the weekend prior). So I made a batch and posted in For Free and For Sale...as it turns out, that initial pilot run was so wonderfully successful that I plan on continuing to make and sell my hummus as a side project. atural hummus contains no preservatives and is made of chickpeas I soak and cook myself as well as organic, Certified Fair Trade tahini (sesame butter). My first batch was a classic flavour combination featuring home-roasted Ontario garlic. I've received requests for different flavours of hummus so I will definitely be trying those out in the future, as well as possibly branching out into some other dips (black bean dip, anyone?). So many people have asked me to let them know when the new batches come out that I have decided it's just easier to invite them all to to this page!
