The PALS 2016 page posts updates and information for the Ontario-Quebec Paleolimnology Symposium held on May 25th to 27th 2016 at Queen's University, Kingston, ON. A registration and mixer event is scheduled to begin on Wednesday May 25th at 5:30pm at the Queen's Grad Club
Thursday May 26th will include talks and poster sessions at the Queen's University Club from approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm,
PALS 2016 PRESENTERS!
Talks are booked in 20-min slots. We recommend allotting ~15 minutes to presenting and 5 minutes for questions (PALS is an excellent forum for feedback on your ongoing work). Please save your talk as a Microsoft powerpoint or PDF file, and bring it on a USB device the morning of your talk.
Posters can be approximately 3x4 feet in dimensions in either landscape or portrait orientation. Poster boards will be available Thursday morning, and posters may remain up for the duration of the conference. We'll have lots of informal time slots for discussion, as well as a formal poster session during which you can stand by your poster.
