We’re so excited to celebrate Juanita as our February Member of the Month! 🌟Here are a few words from Juanita about what keeps her motivated and coming back to the studio. “I started going because I’ve always been interested in keeping fit, but I could never quite find something that truly kept me motivated or excited to return. That all changed once I started at Momentum.
From the very beginning, the instructors have been incredible. They are friendly, inviting, and create such a welcoming atmosphere in every class. What really stands out is how much they genuinely care — they take the time to guide and encourage us, making sure each of us gets what we want out of every session. Whether it’s building strength, improving technique, or simply feeling more confident, they’re always there with support and expertise.
I’ve also met some wonderful people along the way, which has made the experience even more special. The sense of community, combined with the amazing instructors, is what truly keeps me coming back.

✨ December Member of the Month ✨
For our final Member of the Month of 2025, we’re doing something a little different 🤍�This incredible member has chosen to remain anonymous — and we fully respect and honour that.
She’s a physician who has been part of the Momentum Pilates community for just over a year, and pilates has become her space to step away from a very public, demanding profession and focus on herself.
After moving to Kingston, she was looking for a new workout and a place to decompress from work. What drew her in? Our inclusive culture, strong reviews, and variety of classes. After her first few reformer classes with Maya and Myola, she was hooked.
She loves evening reformer classes (a perfect fit after long workdays) and appreciates being welcomed into classes with a mix of beginners and experienced members. Her Wednesday night reformer class is a favourite, and she’s explored everything from Apprentice Reformer to Mat & Tower, and BOSU & Ball — always wishing there were even more evening options. (Her wish has been granted: we will have 66 classes per week starting in January!)
Her message for anyone thinking about starting Pilates:�Momentum Pilates is the best place to begin. Beginner-friendly classes, thoughtful instructors, and personalized guidance that considers health, strength, injuries, rehab, and balance. So much so that she’s already introduced a friend to the studio — who’s now a member too 💛
