Do you need help with accountability, motivation, and consistency?

Often that is the hardest part of a workout program - the sticking with it! It’s not the squats, burpees, or lunges that make working out hard, it’s the getting up and doing it!

Some ideas that work for me and my clients:

▶️ Use a visual tracker to document your progress like the one I’ve attached. Daily, weekly or monthly, whatever works for you!

▶️ Tell someone about your fitness and health plan and ask them to check in with you to see how it’s going.

▶️ Write down your goals. Everywhere! This increases your likelihood of achieving them by more than 80%!

▶️Reward yourself when you hit a goal! Treat yourself to new workout gear, a fancy coffee or whatever it is that makes you smile!
