First, we're working with the brain’s miraculous ability to re-wire itself through neuroplasticity. Second, we provide a ‘mirror’ mechanism for the brain to observe itself. It's similar to what happens when you look in the mirror...you can tell if your hair is out of place, or if there’s something strange on your face. Naturally you move to correct it.
