Where possible I aim to identify and treat the cause of my patients concerns and in order to do this I will always carry out a full assessment and implement a personally tailored treatment plan. I like to engage my patients so don't be surprised to receive a little homecare advice to help you along your way! Don't worry though, this will usually be a simple stretch or gentle strengthening exercise to help you achieve your goals faster and help prevent symptoms reoccurring. :)
