Good Morning Shaun,
Your team did a great job--a truly great removal and installation.
For one, they worked continuously on Monday, without taking a single break--even for lunch--to ensure that we weren't going to be without heat that night. And secondly, they found a way to not have to open up that duct enclosure in our rec room. Finally, they cleaned up afterwards in a very thorough way, and throughout the installation, were helpful and attentive to every detail, including helping us understand the new thermostat. This furnace is really really good--so quiet, and great at keeping the house evenly heated.
