Prenatal Pilates and Yoga made my pregnancy physically a breeze…even over 40!! Pilates kept me strong (and not to mention kept my core engaged enough to push my baby out in 5 sets of pushes!) and Yoga kept me grounded and relaxed. I cannot say enough about keeping yourself both strong mentally and physically for one of the most challenging experiences of your life! 💪💖
